About me

If you don't know me, my name is Anelle Behr. I am a proudly Independent Travel consultant backed by a very successful Consortium. I'm based at the foot of the magical Magoebaskloof Mountains of Tzaneen in Limpopo. I’ve been in the travel industry for more than 20 years, working in both the leisure and corporate environment. From the idyllic Knysna to the hustle bustle of the corporate life of Sandton. Most of my experience comes from working for a high-end Travel Agency in the famous Oxford Street in London. Before that my love for travel came from doing a Gap year in Holland, working for a unique company in the countryside where biking and hiking was my mode of transport, all while pursuing my travel dream. My solo journey began in 2015, taking on more responsibility than I could ever imagine. Building not just a business, but relationships. I thrive on working for myself and being steadily available to my clients. I’ve been very fortunate to have experienced our beautiful ethnic African countries such as Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, Madagascar and more recently Zanzibar, and let’s not forget our beautiful homeland, where my heart lies, South Africa. I have travelled abroad to the regal sites of England, Wales, wet but welcoming Scotland, lush Ireland and historical Prague. My passion and specialty is Europe, I love building itineraries from scratch, searching for the right accommodation that matches my client’s needs and specifications. Extras include arranging transport to collect you for a magical evening out, barging down the French Canals or an adventurous road trip through Ireland with your very own Motorhome. As I look back on my travel career, I realize all my clients are recurring and some have turned into dear friends, precious moments, positive reviews with grateful hearts, this is what gets me up in the mornings. My motto has always been, to not regret anything, to learn from it and explore further, throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbour, explore, dream and discover.
